Impact Deal 3rd Edition
The acceleration program is structured into two dynamic stages, delivered in a hybrid format that combines remote and on-site sessions in Turin.
Stage 1 – Validation and matching
From January to March 2025
Objective: Validate interest from investors and identify data needs for Data Club matching
Focus: Establish investor relationships and lay the foundation for impactful data collaborations
Target: up to 30 impact enterprises
Stage 2 – Business, impact and data-driven acceleration
From April to June 2025
Objective: Accelerate high-potential startups that emphasize data collaboration and drive meaningful impact
Focus: Provide strategic mentorship, build investment opportunities, and leverage data assets to accelerate growth and enhance impact
Target: up to 12 impact enterprises

Stage1 | Validation and matching
The kick-off will take place online on January 15, 2025
From January 16 to March 5
• Online assessment meetings with program organisers and Data Club members
• Online training sessions on data, data sharing and impact/sustainability
• Data Pitch to the Data Club, focused on showcase how accelerated enterprises intend to utilise data to drive their social and environmental impact
The Meeting with Data Pitch and investor matchmaking will take place on
March 6-7, 2025 (OGR, Turin)
Evaluation and selection by program organisers and Data Club members
Stage2 | Business, impact and data-driven acceleration
The kick-off will take place online on April 1, 2025
From April 2 to Demo Day
• Dedicated business and data mentorship
• Access to datasets provided by Data Club members
• Investment opportunities
The Meeting with Data Pitch and investor matchmaking will take place on
June 13, 2025 (OGR, Turin)
We are looking for…
Profit and non-profit enterprises (startups, scale-ups, cooperatives and new business units/ventures of established enterprises …) with the following characteristics:
Must have
- Headcount (Annual Work Unit) less than 250, and annual turnover less or equal to €50 million (or annual balance sheet total, less or equal to €43 million)
- Operationally based on European continent (except for Russia)
- Aimed at growing and scaling by means of solutions based on Data and AI
- Established and/or incorporated at the date of the acceleration program starting
- Already started MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or prototype testing and customer validation. Business ideas are not eligible! (TRL > 4)
- Focused on tackling societal and environmental challenges and working toward at least one of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Headcount (Annual Work Unit) less than 250, and annual turnover less or equal to €50 million (or annual balance sheet total, less or equal to €43 million)
- Established and/or incorporated at the date of the acceleration program starting
- Operationally based European continent (except for Russia)
- Already started MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or prototype testing and customer validation. Business ideas are not eligible! (TRL > 4)
- Aimed at growing and scaling by means of solutions based on Data and AI
- Focused on tackling societal and environmental challenges and working toward at least one of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals
Nice to have
- Established and/or incorporated for less than 7 years
- A solid background in the AI, Data Science, Data Engineering fields.
- Concrete ideas about how to use and leverage data provided by Data Club members
- Previous experience with social impact measurement
- Looking for funding opportunities
