Alice Segre is an Acceleration Analyst and Associate at Maze Impact, where she works on startup scouting, investment analysis, and acceleration programs for impact-driven ventures. She supports the development of startups in the portfolio and contributes to business development for the accelerator.

She holds an MSc in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s in Arts and Culture from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her work focuses on venture building, impact innovation, and supporting early-stage startups within the impact ecosystem.
