Francesca Badiali is a venture capital professional working in early-stage investing and startup acceleration.

She is a Senior Ventures Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center and Motor Valley Accelerator, where she focuses on startup scouting, due diligence, and portfolio management, particularly in deep-tech and mobility.

She has supported the investment and growth of more than 30 startups and manages a portfolio within the accelerator.

Previously, she gained experience at Amazon as a Product Manager Intern and in consulting and operations roles.

She holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s from the University of Bologna.
