Alessandro Confetti has always been interested in human-computer interactions and how to leverage technology and information for the good of all. Alessandro started writing software when he was fourteen, and he has never stopped since then.
In the meantime, he studied philosophy, focusing mainly on logic and language. He has been working with data and metadata for more than 20 years, mainly in healthcare.
Since joining ThoughtWorks in 2017, as a Tech Principal, he has been helping large organizations across several markets to make sense of their legacy software and data. Since 2019, he has been teaching service design as an adjunct professor at the Politecnico of Milan. When not consulting or teaching, he is a passionate speaker about decentralized web technologies at international conferences.
