Virginia Castellucci is in charge of developing new B2B sales funnels for 3Bee, focusing above all on outbound sales. Since she has joined the team, she has also been responsible for all 3Bee educational projects that fall within the Academy pillar. In this area, she manages a team that deals with creating new educational projects for schools and companies that have the goal to helps CSR Managers develop new skills and knowledge. She has dealt with Green open Innovation projects and employee awareness for FENDI, Fater, Pernod Richard, Energean, Ingo Group and QBE Italia. Before 3Bee she has worked in STEP, a green-tech startup accelerator, where she used to solve critical issues and challenges alongside the founders.
