Barbara Labate is the founder and CEO of ReStore, a leading e-commerce platform for grocery shopping in Italy. Previously, she also created Risparmiosuper, the first Italian website for supermarket price comparison.
As a serial entrepreneur and international speaker, she has won numerous awards abroad for her startup ventures and has been included twice among the top 50 inspiring women in tech in Europe.
In 2020, she won the National Innovation Award in Italy and was honored by President Mattarella.
She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Messina and a Master’s degree from Columbia University in New York, thanks to the Fulbright scholarship.
Barbara has raised over €3 million from investors and financiers, has been featured in national and international publications, and actively contributes to the Italian startup ecosystem.
